No one knows exactly when it will arrive. That ambiguity is the problem.<\/p>\n    <p>Unlike Y2K, which had a fixed countdown that forced organisations to act, this threat has no date on the calendar \u2014 and the window to prepare is closing quietly. Regulators are stepping in to fill that vacuum: the UK NCSC has set migration milestones from 2028 to 2035.
